Collaborating with a team of NTT DATA Engineers from various technical disciplines. Troubleshooting SAN storage, NAS, hardware, connectivity, server and peripherals issues. Meeting SLA’s based on client requirements with minimal supervision.

Tasks:

●Provide technology architecture support for storage platforms across multiple remote locations.

●Installation, administration, data-migration, provisioning, and decommissioning of large multi-site SAN environments.

●Storage performance analysis and troubleshooting as well as storage capacity management and planning.

●Support customer’s EMC, HPE, Silk, Netapp, Pure storage solutions.

●Establish async and sync storage level replication for the various storage platforms: VMAX (SRDF), 3Par, Unity, XtremIO, and EMC Powerscale/Isilon.

●Provide advanced level technical system expertise, oversight, and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with the Operations Support Center / Service Desk.

●Storage provisioning tasks beginning with end user requests, performance tuning, creation of LUNs, mapping, masking, zoning, and ensuring storage availability at the host level.
