I was hired as a Utility Specialist in the kitchen. My duties included cutting vegetables and fruits for the salad and fruit bar. Made sure everything was prepped for the Cook. I also stocked the condiment shelves, cleaned the galley, dining room and restrooms.

I also worked as a Housekeeping Specialist. My duties were cleaning rooms, which entailed dusting, sweeping, mopping, making the beds, changing the linen and cleaning the air conditioning vents. I also laundered and folded the linen every day. I stocked the linen and chemical storage rooms. Made sure all chemicals were properly labeled and in the correct containers. I participated in daily safety meetings.

I was then asked to work in the Guard House as a Security Guard. My duties were to check the badges on all people entering the facility. I entered information in the computer, monitored the parking lot, cameras and the entire Camp.
