-Lead a project team on the replacement of FAVA LINE barrels chamber which was needed to achieve product quality, improve extrusion and product characteristics.

-Lead a project team on development on CFM pasta premium product which is much more better and non-sticky

WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Crown Flour Mills Limited – Processing Engineer Manager 2019 - Till now

Leading team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production plan as per set target in line with production forecast and customer demands

Ensuring that the pasta machine is in good condition to start production. This process is carried out by physical checks of the production line with maintenance team while considering general safety.

Coordinating team on man power allocation and arrangement to get the best that would boost production outputs.

Plan and implement changes to machinery, production system and method of work

Training and supervision of plants operators and shop floor persons

Resolving product issues that may arise due to pasta drying parameters which could be as a result of raw material received, process parameters, defunct mechanical, electrical parts or utilities components

Operation of FAVA machine to get the required processed output using the HMI, scada and parameters reading and adjustment.

Daily check of machine operations to ensure that downtime is reduced to the bearest minimum to reduce product waste and to achieve quality product
