Daily ordering and shipment of equipment repair parts to the appropriate production gangs. Updating inventory system appropriately. Evaluate and maintain stock of long lead items. Request quotes, request and write purchase orders, follow order status and receive invoices into the system. Track and monitor equipment invoices including repair parts, services charged to equipment, and job expenses. Execute manual updates of equipment details, status and locations into the appropriate software. Track equipment utilization. Execute equipment mobilizations. Support with equipment rental needs including maintain a log and budget. Coordinate preventative maintenance of equipment, and review machine inspection documentation. Assist in vehicle registration upkeep including new licensing, registration, IFTA taxes, for PA inspections. Support annual shop and trailer inventory audits. Other projects and duties as assigned.
