• Client and project relationships is another top priority for me on every project, I learned that in 1975 too. I have carried that attitude my entire career. Repeat business with clients and subcontractors makes for positive project development to the project close out.

• Project estimating, project buy outs, project permitting, and value engineering are additional construction tasks that I am extremely comfortable with.

• P/L report on 90% + of my projects exceeded expected profits, 90% + self-preform projects met or exceeded expected profits. Most projects exceed profits due to closing project ahead of schedule. Get the TCO and final certificate of occupancy ASAP, with safety #1 and quality of workmanship #2 priorities list! BTW 1 + 2 = speed of project completion

Faith Church reflectors volunteer and helping handicapped family member and helping one of our VETS with PTSD’s. 2. Training dogs for assisting the handicapped or mentally challenged.
