• ensure compliance to, communicate and execute the Emergency Action Plan.

• Issue all necessary permits, manage all insurance documentation, as well as oversee all Superintendent activities related to site cleanliness and housekeeping.

• Prequalify all contractors, and approve all subcontractors by reviewing all general and site-specific safety programs defined by providers.

• Conduct daily inspections of all sites, inspect all cranes, scaffolds, ladders, temporary stairs, fall protection and other construction tools/equipment on site for safety conformance.

• Proactively analyze all unsafe conditions and make immediate adjustments to daily operations as needed to assure safety.

• Investigate, evaluate and report incidents/injuries, and follow through on each report until adequately resolved.

• Create a safety minded construction team by conducting all new hire orientation and safety training for new subcontractors with industry standards.

• Collaborate with others to implement the IFE culture by developing and presenting training programs in critical subjects such as scaffold, confined space, etc.

• Enforce federal, state and other Safety regulations through daily inspections, collecting/reviewing Job Hazard Analysis reports, conducting weekly Tool Box Talks, and managing the OSHA record keeping program.

• New Meadowlands Stadium I(Jets/Giants NMS) ($ 1.4 B) instrumental in maintaining all safety policy and procedures at this project. At our high point we had approx. 1700. workers (500 of which were electricians) on site building this facility. This endeavor required an immense amount of project safety coordination. which included all phases of construction. daily inspection there were 300-400 lock out tag out until completion; maintain 4-5 quadrant of electrical units to sustain temp to permanent power.

• Schering-Plough Multi-Site $305MM Construction Management Project, Summit NJ Campus:

•. Building S-6 Clinical Manufacturing to include manufacturing facility, parking decks, infrastructure upgrades, office building innovation and research lab upgrades over 3 years.

• Safety Engineer: Princeton University Aaron Burr Hall $10.8MM Project, Princeton NJ: Historic renovation of Aaron Burr Hall, complete renovation of original structure built in 1848 spanning 21,000 SF, demolishing existing annex building and replaced with new 3-story, 14,000 SF addition for total of 35,000 SF.

• Safety Engineer: Princeton University Lewis Library $67.3MM Project, Princeton NJ: Pre-construction Management services, awarded CM to build new 88,000 SF Lewis Library, an aesthetically distinguished Science Library building housing science library, office, conference, classroom, and seminar rooms, as well as video studio and café.

• Safety Engineer: NJEDA Liberty Science Center Expansion $112MM Project, Jersey City NJ: Created a world-class facility to optimize the visitor’s experience for the New Jersey Economical Development Authority through renovation and expansion of current Liberty Science Center, adding 100,000 GSF, retrofitting existing 196,000 GSF Center, making alterations to existing parking lot, and other adjacent work.

• Safety Manager: Hoffman-LaRoche Re-Powering of the Co-Generation Facility $4MM Project, Nutley NJ: Ensured compliance during CM services geared toward repowering the Co-Generation Facility within Building 39, including upgrade of the existing direct-fire turbines and installing 2 new pre-purchased direct-fired turbines, requiring installation of new Square D switchgear, the CEMS monitoring system and controls interface for Solar turbines.

• Safety Manager: $100MM Bristol-Myers Squibb Research & Development Module L Building, Lawrenceville, NJ: Monitored and supported all on-site safety issues and concerns during construction management services for new Research & Development Module L Building.

• Safety Engineer: $9.3MM Bristol-Myers Squibb North & South Chilled Water Plants: Ensured safety and compliance during expansion of 2 existing Chilled Water Plants in Building 109 South Facility and Building 51 North Facility to increase capacity of the south system by 2000 tons and north system by 4000 tons. Achieved 1100 days without loss time incidents with continuing contracts in place.

• Safety Manager: $200MM Merck Research & Development Facility – Building 800, Rahway, NJ: Maintained safety and proactively conducted all site safety inspections during construction management services for a new Research & Development Facility for Building 800 at the Rahway campus.

• Safety Manager: $60MM Merck Tunneling Projects, Rahway, NJ: Monitored all day-to-day safety issues on the Rahway campus during several projects that included tunneling and laboratory renovations, requiring extensive worker training and close monitoring of confined space entry work.

• Safety Manager: Wyeth Vaccines $45MM New Vial Filling Facility-Research & Discovery Vial Fill Finish Phase 1 & 2, Pearl River NY: First phase, fast track project consisted of design, construction and commission of new vial facility for Wyeth Vaccines; and Phase II was the addition of a Lyophilizer with automated loading system integrated with conveyors and modification of a clean room and surrounding spaces for storage and office space.
