1988 I graduated from the technical school as a mechanic.

1988-1995 I had attended high school until the 3rd class in mechanical engineering.

2012 I had taken effective leadership course and successfully completed. Continue I attended a computer course Microsoft Office Words 2007 and Windows 7. I also had taken a First Aid Responder Course. I had also been granted a Recognition award for Good housekeeping, Good work quality, Good team spirit and Consistent use of PPE

2013 I had completed Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.

2014 I received a certificate of Appreciation to achieve 85% availability target achievement for light duty vehicles.

2014 - 2015 I completed the basic curriculum management and leadership for IAMGOLD frontline leaders.

I have a valid driving license for car and bus and have defensive drive course .

Work experience:

1988- 2010 I worked as an independent mechanic on gasoline and diesel engine of different brands such as Japanese, American and European cars. Further I have experience with rebuilding an engine, manual transmission, differential, suspension, steering, carborateur, auto scan, repair and service of turbochargers.This experience I learned from my father who was also a qualified car mechanic engineer.

2010- 2015 I was employed by IAMGOLD Rosebel Gold Mines NV as a mechanic. I was in the company of 18 May 2010-15 April 2012 Mechanic level 2, from 16 April 2012-15 November 2014 I was Mechanic level 1 from 16 November 2014 -15 February 2015 I was maintenance supervisor. From 16 February 2015 -15 July 2015 Mechanic level 1. For five years I have worked in the mine, I followed various internal training courses such as First Aid, Defensive drive, environmental, fire, safety, hydraulic, air system, overhead crane, Caterpilar training, operating IT tool carrier, forklift, Sterling boom truck, Bob cat and groove crane. During my service years that I've been working in the mine, I worked on different machines including: Godwing water pump, Cat pump, light tower, generator, Sterling truck, Caterpilar machine, high lux, land cruiser, land rover, air compressor and forklift service and repairs.

2015 – 2016 Work at yokohama workshop as technical advisor and trainer

2020 – 2022 Work at Leon’s Transport as maintainance supervisor at Rossebel gold mine

2022 – 2024 Self employed at my own workshop
