I pack chicken that goes to the next line to be wrapped/packaged to be sent out after weighing and all that. I pack boneless thighs, tenders, and thin sliced. Occasionally I'll pack legs and nuggets. I run a belt to that just takes the chicken to the next location but you have to make sure the chicken is straight and not falling off. I've done re-runs and that's basically cutting open the packs of chicken that have already been sealed and ready for sale but a bad spot may be seen on the chicken so I have to cut open the package take the chicken out and discard the bad piece and send the other back thru re-runs to be packaged again.

Greeted guest, seated guest and got their drinks and rolls. Since it was a buffet I gave them their plates and kept their drinks topped off. I would take the plates they weren't using out of their way. Once the guest have left I would take all used plates to the dish pit then I would clean the table and vacuum around area.
