Resume for Federal Construction and Commercial Management positions I am a 58 year old 22 year experienced Federal contract manager. My services have been utilized for PM, QCM, Superintendent and SSHO needs. I have represented organizations as on site manager as a single entity and multiple hats. For the past 5 years I have operated as a small business providing on-site managers to include myself as contract representative. I am current with certifications as QCM, OSHA 30 EM-385 along with CAD. My services have included SOW reviews and site survey visitations with reports and specification designations including line item activities for RMS preparation and scheduling purposes. My earlier employment have been 5 years competent person for Asbestos Abatement and civil activities for Hazardous waste site reconstructions. I am currently seeking employment for a preconstruction management position. My on- site experience and variety of design builds, reconstruction and civil projects would be of value to an organization with Federal and commercial project goals. I am a thorough and an an-site influence with both Management and trade experience. Traveling and relocation are well within my abilities. Both Salary and benefits are negotiable and I am available for both remote and on-site demands. Experience and commitment is what my abilities offer and it is my direction to fill any gaps an organization may require.

Thank you for your consideration
