Key and Responsibility

Initial bowzer inspection and comparison of measurements with calibration chart.

Prepared bowzer loading passes to authorize the filling operation.

Verifying sealing arrangements before filling in order to ensure seals can be Properly placed before dispatch.

Operation has completed to allow bowzer for dispatch.

Complete operation of weighing bridge to obtain bowzer first and second weights.

Measuring of loading temperature, gravity temperature and observed gravity of filled bowzers.

Calculation of volume correction factors to obtain corrected volumes for final Billing.

Verification of final dips after the filling of bowzers to ensure correct levels of Product has been filled.

Checked and Verified Weighing Bridge plat form is ok.

Checked volume difference base of standard gravity and temp and then clear the bowser for senior billing officer for LMS challan.

Prepared of complete challan forms as well as gate passes after the filling.
