Job Title: Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Works with: Production Department

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Department: Operations

Location: Corporate Office

Summary: Maintains warehouse including receiving, shipping, pulling inventory for jobs being processed, inventory control and pickup’s and deliveries as per schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.Report to the production supervisor for the beginning of assigned shift.

2.Stage inventory for jobs scheduled to be processed for the assigned equipment according to the Flight Status, within the established time frames for each application.

3. Ensure that equipment has adequate supplies to complete full production.

4.Receive inventory per DFS guidelines including entering accurate counts in “Zeus” and putting stock away in designated area.

5.Clean and maintain warehouse, including equipment used to move inventory.

6.Empty trash and recycle as necessary.

7.Maintain and complete paperwork for each inventory transfer recording each activity in “Zeus”.

8.Conduct monthly physical inventory of all items in stock. Conduct weekly inventory for items listed on the “Hot List”. Check inventory whenever directed to do so by your supervisor.

9.Drive daily routes as per scheduled times. Complete on-call pickup’s and deliveries as directed.

10.Maintain a safe warehouse environment and communicate to your supervisor any safety concerns that you identify.

11.Keep daily inspection reports for all vehicles utilized at DFS.

2. Function as a team member of the entire production operation.

3.Work towards certification as a safety compliance officer and or material management and warehouse design engineer.

4.Perform other duties as directed by the Production Supervisor.

5.Maintain a safe and clean work area at all time.

Education/Experience:

High School degree or equivalent trade school training.

Language Ability:

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Math Ability:

Solid Math skills are required.

Driving Record:

Maintain a driving record with 0 points and be part of the CA DMV “Pull Notice Program”

Forklift Certification:

Must have a current certificate for a “stand-up forklift” meeting CA standards
