Sets, air compressor, water plants and air conditioners, lighting system, electrical distribution system.

4) All safety regulations are observed by the working staff and maintain a high degree of discipline

and moral among the staff.

5) Planning and Implementing preventive schedules for machinery to strictly perform predictive

and preventive maintenance jobs as per schedule of all Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical

equipments with zero defects with as per with a view to reduce repair time and increase mean

time between failures, increase machine up-time reliability.

6) Evaluate and implement innovative schemes/ideas to reduce maintenance cost and improve plant

availability. Planning all maintenance schedules, associated manpower and engineering materials to

ensure minimum downtime as per company norms.

7) Experience in power stations & sub-station 11 kV, 33kV,132 KV & 220 KV and Diesel Generators.

8) A.C. plants, Air Handling units, Air Washer units, Cold Storage unit and Air-Compressor.

9) Boilers, Water Treatment plant – Reverse Osmosis units, D.M. plant, Hydro-Pneumatic valves&

Cylinder.

10) Experience in Chemical Reactors, Heating Groups and Cooling Groups.

11) Experience in Micro Processor Controllers, Programmable Logical Controllers and Robots (Fisa-

France), Computer Numerical Control machines and Control & Instrumentation.

12)Knowledge in Variable Frequency Drives (ABB, Don Foss, Quantum, Siemens, SSD Parker, Vegan,

Hitachi and Delta), Control strategy, Power Plant & Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Energy

Audit, man power utilization & optimization, optimum use of available resources and Liaison with

Concerned Govt. Authorities (Apcpdcl Dept. and Electrical Inspectorate).
