Daily work duties include:

• Check in patients upon arrival

• Check out patients after conclusion of appointment

• Assist with patients registration on paper and/or ipad

• Enter patient information into ERAD (radiology registration system)

• Scan and enter insurance cards/information into ERAD

• Request physicians orders - complete forms and fax to doctors offices for referrals

• Contact doctor’s offices to obtain the orders that have not been received for diagnostic appointments

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Schedule follow up appointments

• Contact patients for missed appointments

• Coordinate medical records- fax requests to obtain prior records, complete the image request list by faxing reports, download images to patients chart, upload images

received from outside facilities for comparision
