IT Manager

A multi-national company that develops workforce and community safety solutions for businesses. It provides software for the contractor workforce; critical compliance processes; regulatory, third-party, and supply chain risk mitigation; and safety.

Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s internal IT department, with locations in Texas, Louisiana, Canada, and South Africa.

In charge of all Windows System administration, including Active Directory, cloud-based Dynamics and Salesforce, legacy on-prem Team Foundation Server and cloud-based JIRA for development tracking, on-prem and cloud-based SQL server instances, and cloud-based IIS server instances.

Responsible for both VMWare- and AWS-based environments. Implemented and maintained Cisco-based wireless solutions throughout the company, as well as Cisco-based firewalls and networking infrastructure throughout.

Responsible for the implementation and overseeing the RingCentral Office and Contact Center iterations across the company.

Laid out and implemented a strategy to move the entire company to a fully remote capability within 48 hours during the mandatory shutdown of offices due to the Covid-19 outbreak, and then built the structure to begin the return to the office beginning in early 2022.

Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure. Responsibilities include the administration of the company's WAN, overseeing troubleshooting, implementing and maintaining systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, and developing our SCOM from the ground up.
