Manage an office of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors in the Worker’s Compensation field while performing tasks such as transcription, proofreading, formatting, accounts payable and receivable. Daily communication with Insurers and Attorneys as well as overall management of the office from purchasing supplies to assisting with client procurement of direct worker purchases. Submission of monthly reports, monitoring of school- based training programs and staff support.

Half the day was spent working alongside the classroom teacher performing testing, administrative tasks, working one on one with students and monitoring students during recess and lunch. The second half of the day was spent placing lunch orders for students and staff. Facilitating hot lunch for 400 students and staff and cleaning up after lunchtime.
