RECOVERY EXECUTIVE
DUTIES
Monitors the arrears and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and take appropriate steps with the branches involved to reduce
Prepares and submits a Report on monitoring activities and the resultant outcome to the Sector Team Lead
Follows-up on clients whose loan defaults have been written off and takes steps to recover or collect all such loans.
Monitors loans above the given threshold for assigned portfolios to predict the loan performance and as a basis for avoiding defaults or write-offs.
Creates and maintains an up-to-date database of loan defaults and repayments
Monitors actual repayments against agreed repayment schedule to ensure the client loan performs without further default
Engages and visits clients to follow-up and recover the loans in the portfolio at risk (PAR) 60 days Plus category
Identify, locate and make contact with defaulters and apply the appropriate strategies available to maintain the required level of loan quality.
Assesses the defaulters’ environment and situation and devises the appropriate strategies to recover the
