Responsibility :-

Administering operatons and maintenance of all electrical equipment which are installed in the plant utilities ( Transformers,VCB,ACB, AC Motors, DC Motors, Compressors and DG ).

Analysing root cause of failure, Relay Logic, PLC System ( Siemens S7 300, ABB PM591 ) and interlocks and acquiring knowledge on understanding electrical drawings.

Maintaining field instruments, drive: setting and maintenance of DC drive ( sprint drive,ABB DCS800, ABB DCS880 ) and AC drive ( ABB ACS850, ABB ACS550 ).

Monitoring and troubleshooting the process of plant.

Providing engineering support for identification & purchase of needed part and to maintain minimum stock material.

Maintenance of 33kv/440volt substation and switch yard, electrical cable HT/LT distribution network.

Load calculation and panel designing as per requirement.

Exposure to IMS documentation procedures.

Ensure installation of DC motors like -

50kw,90kw,120kw,175kw,250kw,300kw,350kw,450kw and 500kw.

HT and LT side cable selection, busbar selection of panel .

Installation of Indoor VCB (1250A)

Erection and commissioning of IOT project execution and monitoring of the project as per plan.
