I am a skilled team player, with a strong background in information technology environments and excellent computer skills. Works well independently to handle assignments and am always ready to go beyond basic assignments since I have team-leading capabilities. I also have an interest in websites so I joined a power Learn project program that teaches web development in late January 2023 and now I have a good understanding of how to work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies though not intermediate because the program is not yet finished as we follow a certain curriculum.

Currently, I am working as a marketing and sales agent for VGG connect internet service providers which has given me a tone of experience in customer relations since I interact with potential clients and convince them to onboard with us and we supply them with WIFI achieving my monthly target of 10 plus clients. I have also learned how the hardware works since I got a chance to do some installations with the technicians and I love networking since it’s so fascinating how the fiber gets from the server to the client’s premises.

I got an opportunity to work in the ICT department, majorly in the IT support field where I got to demonstrate user support skills. My main functions were to respond to complaints from employees relating to personal computers and desktops this was by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving the problems that would occasionally occur, networking administration, setting up newly received computers, and installing the required programs needed for them to function effectively emphasizing also on the most effective antivirus for the current operating system. I also got a chance to terminate ethernet cables and understand the various equipment necessary for the setup of the server room.
POWER LEARN PROJECT A PROGRAM THAT HELPS TECH ENTHUSIASTS LEARN ABOUT INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES.
I got an opportunity to learn Web Development taught by the excellent instructors from PLP. It was a 16-week journey and I loved the experience.
