As part of the Intelligence Community Policy Guide (ICPG) Development group, I co-authored the original Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD) & Intelligence Community Standards (ICS) including the more recent revisions promulgating Version 1.5 of the Technical Specification for Construction and Management (TSCM) of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) to the Intelligence Community, which replaces Version 1.4 (Ref A) to which my contributions were clarifying technical specification. Other key contributions were my inclusion of oversight and implementation aspects applicable to the operational function of special operation facilities.

Seasoned trainer on multiple certification courses for DoD Personnel’s Security Training Program

Authorship of Training Manuals as part of high-end Technical SOW’s while also serving as the trainer.
