V Planning and organizing production schedules as per customer order.

V Assessing project and resource requirements for project completion.

BOM and supporting documents verification and approval.

V Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with

clients and managers. Vendor assessment evaluation and new vendor

identification.

V Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and ensure safety

measurements in plant.

V Determining quality control standards and generating checkpoints and

critical area identifications.

V Overseeing production processes according to estimated time plan and

budget level.

V Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary to conclude within

time plan and lead time.

V Monitoring of losses and PDCA for each losses

V Manpower planning & Deployment as per setup
