EXPERIENCE
Research/Analysis
Gather demographic information on customers to maintain database records and find available Medicare Health and Prescription plans by area, conduct a thorough needs analysis of what they have, what they want, and what they need. Verify Medicare eligibility utilizing Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website for verification, start dates for part A, B, D, low-income subsidy (LIS), and Medicaid.
Analysis and evaluation of health insurance plan programs, feasible options, and consequences, while recommending plans that meet the customer’s needs and objectives with all the benefits they are entitled to. Follow up with Medicare beneficiary as their agent of record.
Review Medicare eligibility, then available plans with the benefits that are most beneficial for the customer, determine comprehensive and appropriate products.
Assess client policy coverage needs and explain coverage levels and out of pocket costs for copays, coinsurance and deductibles using Summary of Benefits, and Evidence of Coverage about program detailed information and highlights.
Communication
Present, explain, and make health insurance plan recommendations with policy coverages and guidance with options, for programs, such as, Medicare Advantage Health, Medicaid dual eligible, Medicare Supplements, Prescription plans, Dental, and Vision policy plans. Also, communicate plan details, and read verbally all required disclosures, statements, and increased revenues.
Perform Medicare regulated compliant presentations verbally, respond to policy questions and clarify customer coverage’s, assist with finding top performing doctor providers, detailed conversations about prescriptions, and inputted them for appropriate and best coverage, and answer all questions.
Kept in contact with customers by sending greetings, birthday cards, maintaining customer accounts.
Attend all weekly team meetings and monthly all staff meetings, discuss policy changes, and requirements going forward, progress towards identifying, and resolving issues within our scope of authority. Also, discuss in detail goals and objectives met.
