Hello, it is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Elijah Alfred. I have known and worked with Elijah for the past 6 months on various City GIS projects. Elijah and I have collaborated on several projects. Elijah has taken on projects that are not for the faint of heart. I have watched as Elijah has handled work situation with grace as he has worked with some strong personalities. Elijah has managed to keep City executive management happy along with residents and developers– not an easy feat. I’m always impressed by Elijah’s eagerness to try new things and he’s not afraid to take on new challenges. Elijah’s bright smile and positive attitude make working with him a joy.

I am impressed at Elijah’s ability to stick with a project and see it through no matter how difficult the obstacles may be. I have discovered that if Elijah is not sure about something, he is resourceful and is able to track down an answer right away. Elijah has a special talent for establishing solid working relationships with coworkers where that relationship is built upon trust and respect. I appreciate Elijah’s efforts and would welcome the opportunity to work with him on future projects. I highly recommend Elijah for whatever position he may decide to take up next. He will be an asset to whatever organization he is associated with.
