Description

It’s a telecom provider in Saudi. Provide end to end telecom solution to the Telecom Provider to create different customer with different types like Postpaid or Prepaid customers, provision orders with different packages like Voice, Broadband, Mena, Fiber etc. and modify order as per customer requirements changes. We are doing payments of customers with different methods like payment from CRM and payment from POS. We are raising the different type of SR for different departments to validate and approve the order. We are using portal or Mapp to check customer ongoing benefits, active, de-active add-on through it. Customer can Purchased different devices or add-on from different channels like EShop, portal etc. Responsibilities

• Involved in Project Calls, Daily and Weekly status Calls and Defect Triage calls

• Understanding the SD’s, queries discussion with solution Architecture and preparing TC accordingly
