I used to work at Tween Waters Inn as a host. My duties were to answer and return phone calls, help customers to make reservations over the phone. Greet customers as they are approaching the front desk, give them an available seat, and notify the servers about them and be ready to answer any questions. There were times that I also helped the servers to serve when it is busy and we are short of staff. During these times, I just help them assist the customers with the menu by explaining to them about different specials going on, and help them with their food choice. The reason why I left them is because it is too far from my house.

I used to work there as a cashier and sometimes I help in the customer service department. My duties were to assist the customers when they are ready to make payments by greeting them, scan and bag their items, take their payments, count money, give changes back when I have to and thank them for shopping. When I am helping at the customer service department, I answer phone calls, greet customers, take returns, process refunds, help with any other concerns they may have, and call a supervisor when I am supposed to. The reason why I felt them was because it did not match with my school schedule. I asked them to switch my shift but They did not have anything else available.

After I quit Walmart, I went to school to get my security license and started working for Allied Universal security. That was my first security Job. I used to work at gated communities for this company. My duties were to greet the customers when they come to the gate, ask them for the address of the resident they are visiting and their driver's license. Search for the address in the computer and look to see if the visitor's name is in the guest list. If not, I call the resident to ask if they are expecting someone by the name on the driver's license. I also return phone calls when residents are trying to call me to add somebody to their guest list. I also had to make a report every hour about everything that happened during my shift to let management know. I left them because I could not find enough hours after Covid.
