As the owner and general manager for this design/build contractor, Mr. Coward contracted work for commercial and residential surroundings. The work comprised concrete foundations fiber optic, wireless, solar and wind power systems, hydronic heating projects.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad - Fort Worth, Texas 8/1992-5/1998 Mr. Coward was a 1A telecom technician as part of the Communications Team to design and build the Interim Dispatch Center Comm Systems and finally the Network Operations Center in Fort Worth across the 39,000-mile rail system.
