-Responsible for the quality control/assurance of structural materials utilized in FDOT construction projects in Districts 4 and 6.

-Approved structural concrete from 90 concrete plans extending from St. Luci County to Monroe County, Florida.

-Performed daily construction inspection on major projects, including State Road 80 Bridge, Tamiami Bridge, and I-395 Signature Bridge and precast segmental.

-Responsible for design-conformance and quality control/assurance of the precast and pre-stress concrete structures produced and delivered to the FDOT projects by more 24 plants.

-Reviewed concrete mix design and daily inspection reports for concrete plants, precast, and pre-stress concrete and provided feedback to supervisors and inspectors.

tilt-meters, and shear strips to monitor the performance of structure and supervised, monitored, and inspected their installation in the field.
