I am happy to apply for a position of programme development advisor in your organisation. I am a geologist turned program manager, a very enthusiastic one who loves developing ideas or tools to streamline projects and programs. I would love to work with your organisation to contribute to its laudable mission and values. During my 9 years as a supervising field and wellsite geologist, I assisted our project manager then with designing, planning and executing our projects from water prospecting to drilling of borehole for water. I was able to recommend the need to observe compulsory documentation of project activities and procedures to assist new and old team members, using the project stakeholders feedback and insights I got from the project execution data, monitoring and evaluation. This led to good teamwork, quick project completions, and reduction of risks associated with the projects. This experience kindled my passions to always document project activities and artefacts to help new and old fellow geoscientists. Presently I have been working as a program and content manager where I worked with our project manager to design, plan and execute waqf-funded programs and projects. I was able to recommend project improvement by using our stakeholders feedback, and the insight I got from data collected before, during and after the project, which resulted in our project completion rate by 5%. This experience also ignited my passions to always monitor, collect data, evaluate and track performance metrics
