Responsible for multiple account reconciliations and tax payments for multi-million dollars, calculating, documenting and remitting all payroll taxes to State and Local tax authorities. Additional responsibilities include numerous state unemployment filings. Consistent preparation, review and maintenance of tax and unemployment reports used to analyze and make payments and ensure appropriateness and accuracy in compliance with federal, state and university laws and regulations. Continuous project management and supervision in order to implement processes and procedures as needed.

Responsible for management of all pension plans including remittance and reconciliation. Ensure and validate compliance and payment reconciliation for Worker’s Compensation. HRS system testing, maintaining, reporting, reconciling and fund transfer within the accounting system in accordance with GAAP and fiscal rules. Currently, back-up support for all payroll functions. Extensive training and oversite of new employees’ work tasks.
