-( June 2021 - November 2023)

● Responsible for training new personnel installation operations of WTFs

● Responsible for finding discrepancies on aircrafts from previous stations

● Responsible for intermediate and major repairs

● Familiar with Using nut plate jigs, hole finders, bushings and other precision tools to produce a quality product per engineering dispositions/blueprint

● Well rounded in back drilling new custom parts and laying out holes

● Familiar with aircraft blueprints

● Efficient in drilling/locating wing to body fairings

● Responsible for measuring panels and trimming them to meet a certain gap requirement per engineerings blueprint

● Responsible for countersinking drilled holes to ensure a flushed screw fitting

● Responsible for filling WTBFs with sealant and ensuring it’s aerodynamic smoothness

● Responsible for drilling belly cage, installing frames and links

● Responsible for drilling nut plates holes and locating them

● Responsible for bucking rivets into wing

● Familiar with tools such as rivet guns, torque wrenches, drill motors, huck guns, wrenches, countersinks, screw buns, nut plate gun, whole finders, hammers/mallets, composite trimmers, calipers, collar breakers, push pull gun, etc

● Responsible for checking the calibration on door panels

● All work that I performed was approved and inspected in accordance with GAC and FAA regulations

● I was loaned to other departments such as cleans and close and build station for G700
