Multiple Role in Infrastructure Technology Rock Financial - Quicken loans - Rocket Mortgage April 2015 – August 2023 Data Center Engineer: Designed, implemented, maintained, and monitored daily operations for the company’s multiple Data Centers in Livonia, Detroit, and Troy Michigan as well as hundreds of small/medium network closets for buildings across the country. Utilized OpenDCIM and Sunbird’s PowerIQ/dcTrack to inventory all racked devices, tracking power and stats (kW/hr, H%, Temp) for all DC devices in the enterprise. Created Dashboards and Reports for business units for uptime reports and chargebacks. Monitored and alerted on critical DC infrastructure with SiteScan (SSWeb), KodeLabs BMS, Alber(UPS). Primary Role and focus on Data Center & Network closet power usage – monitoring, alerting, reporting as well as sizing CRAC & UPS power for network closets in remote locations.

September 2013 – April 2015 Team Leader for SAN Engineering: Led a team of engineers for all Quicken Loans’ companies and their multi-tiered data storage platforms. The team was responsible for all SAN storage, SAN switches, and connected servers for multi-site replication for redundancy, scalability, reliability and performance. Maintaining several petabytes of various platforms for immediate access for servers and user’s content. March 2010 – September 2013 Storage Area Network Engineer: Designed, implemented, and maintained a centralized data storage for all mission critical applications and data. Installed several fiber Storage Area Networks with Cisco core/edge switches, as well as EMC & NetApp NAS solutions. Performed storage platform migrations from device to device, as well as site to site with replication technologies. February 2006 – March 2010 Data Archival/Compliance Specialist: Established a Data Lifecycle plan for archival and recovery of long-term customer data. Implemented EMC Centera for deep archival and online data retrieval for multiple application.
