I started out a team member and got promoted to crew leader a few months later. I was responsible for the training of all new employees. Other responsibilities include customer service, food prep and register operation.

2014– 2014

Tech support, Convergys

I was a technical support employee for Convergys for about 4 months. I was responsible for getting problem resolutions on the first call. And transferring to other departments so they could better help resolve the problem.

2015-2017

Manager, Wendys

I was a manager at Wendy’s my responsibilities included, running and setting up shifts, overseeing the employees on their shifts, instructing employees on their responsibilities for that shift, handling money and deposits for the bank, customer service, handling customer complaints, and maintenance.

I sold insurance and provided customer service for Allstate customers. I provided my customers with the best experience I could provide while calling for their insurance needs. As well as upselling existing policies such as, Adding motorcycle insurance or ATV insurance to existing home or auto policies.

I rented out a suit for my esthetics business. When the owner sold property I moved to home business.
