Noach is a company focused on cosmetic industry with blow molding and injection molding packaging and fill of certain products. These product were for consumer consumption. My primary responsibilities included:

• Line setup, documentation, Bill of Material (BOM) requirements, operator training and verification.

• Sample runs and ergonomic evaluation of new products.

• Review of standard work instruction, quality criteria for product.

• End of line clearances, to include removal of equipment and cleanup of lines in preparations for next product run.

Reason for leaving, plant was acquired and restructured King System was a manufacture of airway management devices. I was an associate on the floor working in the plastic molding and circuit assembly rooms. The circuits were used in surgery in the anesthesia equipment. Our product of anesthesia mask were considered as a class I medical device.

• Responsible for review of circuit configuration verifying and assembly.

• Assembly of mask and circuits.

• Performed end of line testing of product using vacuum decay units. Verifying leaks. Other duties included in the assembly of our product we used various chemicals to assembly our products, methylene chloride was the primary chemical. The chemical required special Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). It was used in a class 100,000 clean room. We were responsible for maintaining the ventilation tables, ventilation equipment cleaning and overall room prep. Operator
