I Antonia Leyba, am interested in the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP position. I have experience in Customer Service for 35 years. Worked at United Parcel Service for 35 years and retired. During that time, I worked in Human Resources in Workers Compensation claims for 6 years and the rest of that time worked in Customer Service in the phone center and the Customer Counter helping customers with their shipping and receiving packages. After I retired I got hired for True Coverage Insurance Company selling ObamaCare and Medicare. I got laid off during Covid. Thereafter I got another job later on at Systems integration for a year.Unfortunately I had to leave because my daughter fell ill. Now my daughter is fine and I am ready to work for you.

I do have a keen sense of empathy for helping customers, I pay attention to detail and know how to help the customer no matter what the situation.
