The Alberta Lodging and Hotel Association Gold Key Award (2013) The AHLA’s Gold Key Award celebrates those who exemplify the attitude and dedication needed to serve guests and promote Alberta’s tourism industry. I was honoured for being the top revenue producing outlet for Delta in Canada for that year. Which was quite the accomplishment as I worked alone 6 nights a week and it was closed on Sunday night when I was off. References available upon request.
