Worked as a member of a team of editors, proofreaders, and writers to create copy used in the Breaking Barriers: Sports For Change traveling exhibit produced by the Center and ESPN. As a Visitor Services Assistant, I am chiefly responsible for the conception and implementation of the Center’s plan to move large groups of visitors through the building that houses the Center. Other responsibilities include assignment of posts and break times to Gallery Assistants, fielding visitor questions and complaints, occasional assistance in closing the Ticket Office at day’s end, and assisting the Center’s A/V tech in the restoration of malfunctioning exhibits to normal operation.
