oWorked for Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services contractor opening Medicaid and Economic applications for their client base customers. My responsibilities included responding to incoming calls through the pure cloud system utilizing multiple databases including NFocus, and the DHHS website helping complete customer applications. My responsibilities included answering customer questions concerning their recertifications and providing updates for both Economic assistance and Medicaid applicants.
