RHR-Cross Tie Piping Modification-Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station

Modification to existing RHR piping system and route 10” crosstie line w/new motor operated isolation valves in units 2 & 3. Re-design of existing pipe supports, and design of new supports.

Adjustable Speed Drive and Reactor Recirc Pump Replacement projects-Limerick Generating Station:

Design of closed loop-demineralized cooling water piping from new heat exchangers from/to coolant cabinets of ASD’s. Tie-in modifications to service water supply/return systems for new layout of heat exchangers.

Service Water As-Built project-Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station:

Conducted several site walk downs to As-Build S.W. piping in support of hydraulic model balance.

Fire Protection piping-Oyster Creek:

Design of new fire protection above/under ground piping/pipe supports for diesel generator building.

All projects performed utilizing Microstation and/or Autocad software.

Assigned to a major Heavy Oil Upgrade project for Marathon Refinery in Detroit. Mi. Re-routed existing u/g piping utilities for installation on new equipment, and pipe racks. Routed suction and discharge piping for new asphalt discharge and coker feed pumps.

Assigned to Gasification project for Valero Refinery in Delaware City, De. Routed various piping utilities on pipe rack and to utility stations. Also designed piping supports.

All projects executed utilizing Intergraph PDS, and Microstation.

Assigned to Sunoco oil refinery, responsible for identifying new piping tie-ins, developing isometric sketches, and conducting site walk downs for verification of design.

Design of process waste, storm drainage, and sanitary waste systems for pharmaceutical facilities.

Conducted extensive walk downs for as-built conditions, and construction support of process and utility piping systems in support of a FDA pre-approval pharmaceutical facility.
