Perform most phases of blood collections and donor care according to local operating procedures, BSDs and the Code of Federal Regulations to ensure safe product and donor experience

Assist in deterring the suitability of donor to undergo plasmsphersis

Operate automated plasmspheresis machines and monitor donors

Assemble and maintain supplies and equipment to ensure a state of readiness

Maintain positive public relations to promote a professional image of ARCBS at all times

Work closely with patients, and handle basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding

Checking patient vital signs

Provide patients with important social and emotional support

Obtain vital information on patients condition

Handle restorative manners

Outstanding administrative organization

Superior telephone etiquette

Experience with filing, archiving and quality control systems, handle confidential correspondence and forms

Perform a variety of routine and complex blood drawing procedures including but not limited to venipuncture, finger sticks, and blood cultures.
