I currently work as an IT Manager/ Systems Engineer for a local New Car Dealer Chain. I manage a total of 13 sites on their day to day operations as well as handle their e-Mail servers, help desk, POS system for sales and credit management. While I oversee 4 help desk employees and their daily duties and ticketing system for the help desk. We support a wide range of Windows Servers and clients, this includes but not limited to Windows Server 2012, DNS, DHCP, IIS6, IIS7 Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Office 365. The high demand of our clients requires me to be ready to go at any time and provide support to any type of issue. We manage to keep all our 13 sites operations 7 days a week which requires me to be on call 24 hours a day..

Systems Engineer with a local MSP company for which I provide Level 3 support with a great engineering team. We provide support for a range of clientele ranging from Attorney, Dental, Credit Unions and other similar business. I am responsible for many different projects, including the design, migration, implementation, and/or management of critical infrastructure systems, ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Examples of projects that I handle as a Systems Engineer are the migration of in-house servers hosting Exchange and Active Directory to a hosted solution with Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
