Hardware Validation Lead, Intel/Solidigm January 2021–July 2023 Led reorganization of validation team & processes, coordinating across SSD Firmware development and validation teams to increase quality of new Solid State Drive (SSD) products.

● Established communications across multiple Validation organizations to identify gaps and improve validation process by accelerating the finding & fixing of firmware and system compatibility issues.

● Led structured “shift left” of testing and triage of issues for new products. Validation Engineer, Liqid November 2019-February 2020 Responsible for test planning, execution, and driving issue resolution as part of compatibility and performance testing of Host-Bus Adapter (HBA) products with 3rd party SSD devices. ● Led trouble-shooting of issues when they occur, driving collaboration with firmware engineers & tools teams to identify root cause & implement solutions.

● Created Partner Alliance test lab for SATA enterprise SSD products. Drove improved customer/partner support processes to cooperatively validate product interoperability before release.

● Led test coverage and execution of interoperability and performance validation with Micron storage devices, across a matrix of OEM systems and 3rd party HBA silicon. Drove test planning/modification, execution, and issue triage/resolution with engineering teams.

● Found multiple gating issues related to NVMe at Partner sites, drove internal replication and coordinated with engineers to resolve issues.

● Created detailed status reports consolidating test and issue data across internal teams & lab, as well as external partner sites for customer qualification readiness.

● (interim management) Re-organized customer validation team personnel & processes to improve efficiency, aligned engineer talents to best fit organizational needs. Released major SATA product; team recognized with award.

● Supporting creation of new SAS and SATA-protocol based products, established new Enterprise compatibility test frameworks and procedures, spanning single drive & JBOD environments ensuring equipment & methods supported the new technology requirements.
