Inspect materials for defects and imperfections as it goes to the guillotine for cutdown into proper slab size.

Confirm the counts of the slabs on each pallet, apply the ticket to allow the materials to move through to the next application at the Burkle.

Operate the Burkle area.

Adjust and maintain the proper film thickness.

Adjust the monitor the gloss level of the UV coating applied by the Burkle.

Trouble shoot any issue that may arise.

Perform station checks on the material in process for film weight, gloss level UV light function and oven temperature.

Clean the Burkle rollers, check for any imperfections.

Calibrate the Burkle rollers when the Burkle is ready to go back in service.

OJC certified to train new hires in all aspects of the Lamination process.
