Resposibilities

Manage and coordinate with both consultant and contractor to execute the project according to agreed quality as documented in Contract.

Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation, with ensuring approved actions are documented and kept for further reference when required.

Ensure projects progress against plan and ensure risk, challenges and issues are identified, escalated and resolved for smooth and successful delivery of projects.

Attend tenders opening, evaluate and compare the received bidding and provide professional recommendation to the management

Conduct visit report on a regular basis of the projects and monitor the execution phase and submit progress reports to the management on regular basis.

Monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with service agreement

Adhere to the Capital Projects framework process and procedures as well as reporting of any breaches of rules, policies, and guidelines.

Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

Monitoring work performance against project timeline and highlighting the critical activities to avoid any potential delay.

Holding periodical progress review meetings with subcontractors and project team to set out work plans, strategies and other site relevant issues.

Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
