Work History

March 1979 hired on with Exxon Co. USA in Ft. Stockton, Tx as roustabout in company gang doing daily routine maintenance, repairing flowline leaks, repair/replace leaking valves, whatever maintenance necessary to maintain daily oil and gas production operations, relieve pumpers when necessary.

1982 promoted to full time lease operator (pumper) in Monahans, Tx

1993 reassigned to calibrate total flow gas meters, prove liquid meters on test seperators, witness proving of LACT units and testing of pressure relief valves.

1995 reassigned as artificial lift technician, design lift systems for plunger lift, rod pumps, gas lift as well shoot fluid levels on wells.

1997 start training as well work technician, repair rod parts, tubing leaks, pump changes, etc.

2000 became well tech full time

2009 Sr. workover and completions supervisor all down hole work, running and pulling ESP’s, fracking, acidizing, fishing, perforating, coil tubing and wireline work until retirement in 2014.

12 years as safety leader in Monahans area.

2018 hired on with Hulk Oilfield Services to create safety program for the company. Responsible for creating company safety manuel and all safety training to comply with OSHA standards. Hot work, confined space entry, etc. responsible for 120+ employees.

Currently safety coordinator for 3A Welding and Construction.
