Project 3: Westermark Houston TX. market rate Multifamily mid-rise $32M, 1 site 1 building 2 sections 5 story. 160 units. Starting construction 11/23.

Project 2: James-Cole Winery, 9000 ft2, ICF Winery tasting section and lab with exterior event area, 3000 ft2, Napa, CA on Silverado Trail, $4.2M. High end finishes all ICF walls, stone exterior, 2005.

Project 3: SMC LTD, Cleanroom #1 designation 7, $2.1M, Santa Rosa CA. Concepts by DeMeo Construction Inc. Design built with architect and mechanical engineer hired by DeMeo Construction Inc, 10,000 ft2. Built in sections to keep as many injection molding operations in production as possible. Tight schedule to accommodate client’s operations. Permits to final certification, 2011.

Project 4: SMC Cleanroom #2, built with offices over cleanroom to maximize space. 15,000 ft2, $4.1M, Santa Rosa CA. Tight schedule, accommodated client’s operations. Design built. Built during pandemic. Achieved goal of no interruptions of facilities production schedule. Permits to final certification, 2020.

Project 5: SMC storage facility with truck bays, closed cell insulated roof system, 25,000 ft2, $1.9M, Santa Rosa CA. Completed and ready for use in 6 months, 2022.

Project 6: 12,000 ft2, high-end home, ICF with subgrade wine cave, cantilevered pool, extreme high end Italian windows and loggia with bamboo ceiling, Sonoma, CA. Client very private. Successfully developed Glenium and viscosity modifier, added to concrete mix inside ICF forms; went through extensive testing. Weed to Keys, 2003.

Project 7: 8000 ft2, high end custom home with ICF walls, Santa Rosa, CA. Glenium and VPA with Helix added, reducing total reinforcing 75%+, 2021, during pandemic, continued construction due to remote site.

Project 8: 3200 ft2, ultra high-end interior finishes done, Healdsburg, CA. Clients own Fisher Weisman interior design studio in San Francisco; DeMeo Construction Inc in coffee table book, called Artful decorations. Signed book with admirations for intricate work involved. Weed to Keys finished in 2005.

Project 9: 4200 ft2, ultra high-end designed by Robert Zinkhan, Healdsburg, CA. Ellipse split block walls, varying in height from 25’ to 18’ in courtyard entry, koi pond feature. Structural steel and extra strong 24’’ radius columns. Living room ceiling heights from 28’ to 11’, doors and windows by Blomberg / high-end storefront. Was on Dream Builder TV show and featured as first of 3 homes. Weeds to Keys including bridge, 2001.

Project 2: 3200 ft2, forman / concrete specialist, home on a very steep incline cabled the drill rig to drill and set rebar cages. Almost cliff side.

Project 3: Oakland Hills home, built twice due to fire. Forman on 1st home; superintendent on 2nd with 2’ addition to the decks. Home was featured in Home and Garden magazine, for concrete work and shape and uniqueness.

Project 4: Forman / concrete specialist, additions to company owner home. Used concrete Sono tube stilts. Recessed concrete picture framed stem walls with custom iron windows and doors. Featured huge, 20-yard monolithic fireplace with smooth areas and exposed aggregate.
