At that time I was working with a partner who was training me, and we would travel to different Big Lots in the city or in nearby city’s to clean their floors. About a month later they started to have me do the flooring work by myself and travel to the different Big Lots weekly, and by this time they started paying me $15 hourly, soon that turned into monthly, and they started to have me do janitorial work at different projects and being the lead over the other people they would send with me.
