Accountant in Al-Paron express for transportation & trade – Egypt (4Years) Previous Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for all financial activities.

Preparing the financial statements and reports timely and accurately.

Draw and update the financial policies.

Verifying cost allocations according to company procedures.

Monitoring the A/R & A/P and ensuring its compliance to the approved payment terms

& the company credit policy.

Directs and monitors bank’s reconciliation and general ledger accounts.

Review accounting functions for redundancy and streamlining opportunities and implement changes to increase ease of workflow.

Ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day transaction-oriented functions including cash management and budgetary controls.

Draw, update and review the administrative policies & procedures to Ensure compliance with Labor law and internal rules of procedures.

Monitoring VAT implementation and regulation compatible.

Prepare and upload monthly VAT report.

Support top management for any info needed for effective decision-making.

Periodically analysis of the company's results of operations and make a comparison with the budget and last year's results and find out the variances and their reasons which to be reported to high management.

Contributing to strategic planning and development.

Taking some administrative decision with feed forward information. Skills:

Strong experience in Accounting and its related transactions.

Strong experience in VAT Regulation and zakat.

Strong experience in Automotive and all related transactions and procedures including maintenance and spare parts.

Good experience in evaluating potential investments opportunities using tools like IRR and NPV.

Good experience with ratios and budgetary analysis.

Ability to optimize the Organization's capital structure.

High computer skills within advanced level in MS office programs.

Strong leadership skills highly motivated, dynamic and organized.

Good communication skills in English.

Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation.

Perform other duties as needed.

Having a valid & transferable Iqama.

Having a valid Saudi Driving license.
