Client Rep hired to lead the Engineering and Construction efforts for a new advance protein division plant- green field and brown field portions -300 M +.
Brownfield facility upgrade to repurpose exiting tanks and system while transitioning the building to GMP food grade levels.
Greenfield portion is the construction of the world largest advance protein site that would use existing brownfield to feed it to produce an additive for alt-meat market.
Upgrade existing power, steam, instrument air and cooling water.
Create a new spent biomass facility.
Upgrade the automation of existing and provide automation capabilities for new facilities.
Replace existing system capabilities were repurposed for protein division.
