Focus on helping the company manage, expand, and optimize their Microsoft infrastructure. Primary SME organizing an upgrading to the current Active Directory; Manage all aspects of projects, including project plans, scheduling, and task management from the planning and design stages to the documentation, training, and transition stages.

•Create detailed planning, procedures, and training documentation

•Develop custom solutions and applications to increase automation and efficiency

•Write technical articles and whitepapers on Exchange, Active Directory, and SharePoint.

•Design and carry out deployments, cross-forests, data center consolidations, organization consolidations, identify management, and directory synchronization projects

•Migrated and thoroughly documented the procedures to migrate from various environments to the latest version of Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows.

•Worked with all versions of Exchange EqualLogic, Data Domain, VMWare, Hyper-V, BlackBerry, F5, SCOM and other enterprise technologies

•Created scripts to automate the process of executing inter-org migrations to Exchange 2003 and 2010

•Implemented SPAM filtering product for Exchange 2003 / 2010 / 2013 (ProofPoint)

•SME for all AD centric products (DFS, DNS, AD, DHCP, etc)

Recent Projects

•Migration of 6000 mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 for AGL internal domain. The design included a three site DAG deployment utilizing cross sites DR configuration

•Upgrade 2003 active directory to 2008 with no downtime nor outages.

•Upgraded all DFS and DHCP to 2008 / 2012 versions with new architecture.
