Infrastructure transformation upgrade and modernization program for leading global advisory, brokering, and solutions company. Solutions included messaging conversion program, file and print, SCCM, and mobile upgrade and refresh solution.

Network security management program for a pharmaceutical corporation that included the design, construction, and migration activities of 8,500 users and workstations, and 1,400 servers from multiple Microsoft Windows 2003 domains to a centralized single domain. The project spanned numerous locations including Japan, China, Europe, Canada, and the US.

Microsoft infrastructure project for a large pharmaceutical corporation sufficient to support the migration of 50,000 global users from their current Novell solution to similar Microsoft solution.

Design, build, implement Microsoft infrastructure for a large Midwest corporation sufficient to support the migration of all users from current Novell solution to similar Microsoft solution. The Novell solution to be replaced includes NDS, NDPS, GroupWise, GroupWise Messenger, Zen for Desktops, OES/Netware, Border Manager, and Zen for Servers.

Infrastructure upgrade including Active Directory, centralized Exchange, and ISA solutions for a state agency. Other technologies deployed included Microsoft LCS, SMS, MOM, and Blackberry.

Back-office and messaging upgrade program for a Top-Secret Federal Government agency.

Back office and desktop deployments for a specialized hospital in the Washington D.C. Area.

Infrastructure upgrade and technical training for National Military organization. Included the technical back-office team, end users, and various stakeholders.

Multi-million-dollar engagement for a Department of Defense organization responsible for the adjudication of defense clearances. This engagement included multi-streams of projects, numerous internal and external (vendor) contractors, and multiple defense stakeholders. The matrix organization did not organize by project or application functionality; thus, we introduced project management principles into the org. Led the numerous projects and assigned resources for oversight and management. Tasks included scheduling, organizing, managing risk, and all other project management activities. The engagement resulted in better managed, organized, and delivered projects that exceeded customer expectations.

Large enterprise server upgrade/migration for military organization. The engagement included the roll-out of multiple teams, infrastructure upgrade, and numerous stakeholders across the USA. The results were significant as the organization met their technological goals and objectives.
