Provided overall leadership and guidance during the project execution to ensure the project was on budget, on schedule, and safe. Main responsibilities included fostering a great relationship with the client by providing guidance to the team's career development.

● Lumina, San Francisco, CA: Senior Project Manager for a $353 million project that phased delivery of a 1.4 million GSF mixed-use residential development. Responsible for overall project controls, leading a team of seven.

McCarthy Building Companies: April 2007 – December 2012, Project Manager

● CA State University, Maritime Academy, Vallejo, CA: Project Manager for a $13 million new dining center & book store remodel. About 24,000 square feet state of the art new dining facility and bookstore remodel.

● San Francisco Unified School District, San Francisco, CA: Project Manager for a $45 million program which oversaw major remodels and new additions to existing k-12 schools covering about 300,0000 GSF.

● Kaiser Healthcare, Vallejo, CA: Project Manager for a $360 million new five-story 450,000 GSF hospital consisting of about 300 beds, operating rooms, clinics, pharmacies, rehabilitation center and training.

● Chukchansi Economic Development Authority, Coarsegold, CA: Project Manager for an $84 million, thirteen story, 250 room hotel (included several restaurants, panoramic club on the top two stories, and full services state of the art health club and spa).

● Chukchansi Economic Development Authority, Coarsegold, CA: Project Manager for a $17 million five story, 850 spaces, precast parking structure.

● Wilmorite Development, Ione, CA: Project Manager for a $90 million design assist of 600 slots casino, a 500-space parking structure, and wastewater treatment plant. Roebbelen Contracting: February 2001 – March 2007, Project Manager

● Alameda Unified School District, Alameda, CA: Project Manager for phase two program management

($25 million) which consisted of developing needs assessment programs for the school district’s facilities. Also developed budget, bid packages, and finalized construction documents.

● Folsom Cordova Unified School District, Folsom, CA: Project Manager for Navigator Elementary School, approximately 45,000 GSF of classrooms, gym, and library built on a 10 acre site ($13.8 million).

● Roseville Union High School District, Roseville, CA: Project Manager for various modernization plans in Roseville and Oakmont High School. Work consisted of upgrading all the data and communication systems, structural, and architectural upgrades; including classroom buildings, new performing arts building, major infrastructure upgrades, labs, and stadium renovations.

● SBC/AT&T, Various Telecommunication Projects, San Francisco Bay Area, CA: Project Manager building new additions to the existing telecommunication central offices serving the San Francisco Bay Area (a $20 million project).
